北卡羅來(lái)納州立大學(xué)在線(xiàn)講座：海綿城市與基于自然的解決途徑

氣候變化是工業(yè)文明的副產(chǎn)品，它對(duì)我們的生活方式，以及城市建造技術(shù)都提出了挑戰(zhàn)。工業(yè)革命以來(lái)，我們所建造的灰色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和城市空間普遍缺乏彈性。然而，氣候變化對(duì)于一些文明而言并不陌生，如季風(fēng)氣候下的濱水農(nóng)業(yè)文明，他們數(shù)千年來(lái)在持續(xù)變化的自然環(huán)境下不斷發(fā)展、掙扎求生，為應(yīng)對(duì)同一地區(qū)交替出現(xiàn)的干旱和洪水積累了大量經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

^{Climate change as a by-product of industrial civilization has challenged the way we live and the technologies we use to build our cities. The grey infrastructure and cites we built, as the result of industrial revolution, simply lack resiliency. But climate change is nothing new to those cultures that evolved with, and survived the ever changing nature over thousands of years, such as the aqua-culture evolved under the monsoon climate that have accumulated a rich wisdom in dealing with the alternating draught and flood in the same place.}

我們?nèi)缃褙叫柁D(zhuǎn)變城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的范式，以適應(yīng)氣候變化，解決城市水問(wèn)題，如雨洪管理、污染整治、棲息地修復(fù)和城市設(shè)施等，借此完成由工業(yè)文明向生態(tài)文明的轉(zhuǎn)變。我們應(yīng)反思基于工業(yè)技術(shù)、單一思維的工程方法，更多地關(guān)注基于自然、生態(tài)共生的解決途徑。與自然共生的古老智慧會(huì)為其帶來(lái)靈感，并體現(xiàn)在景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)的深邃之形中。

^{More than ever, it is clear that we need a paradigm shift in planning and designing our city to adapt the changing climate and solving the multiple urban water issues including flood control, storm water management, pollution remediation, habitat restoration, and urban amenity, a shift from industrial civilization to eco-civilization. We need to rethink the industrial technology-based, single-minded engineering solutions and rediscover nature based and symbiotic solutions, which can largely be inspired by the ancient wisdoms of living with nature, which will result in deep forms of landscape architecture.}

演講者介紹

俞孔堅(jiān)

哈佛大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)博士，教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授，北京大學(xué)建筑與景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院教授，土人設(shè)計(jì)（Turenscape）創(chuàng)始人和《景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)》雜志創(chuàng)辦者。

俞孔堅(jiān)提出了生態(tài)安全格局、大腳革命、生存的藝術(shù)和海綿城市等理論，這些關(guān)鍵詞構(gòu)成了他的研究核心和設(shè)計(jì)理念，并在全球200余個(gè)城市中得以實(shí)施。他的設(shè)計(jì)作品多次榮獲國(guó)際獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，包括13次美國(guó)景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)師學(xué)會(huì)（ASLA）年度設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、5次世界建筑節(jié)（WAF）年度最佳景觀(guān)獎(jiǎng)、ULI全球杰出獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)第十屆美展金獎(jiǎng)等。

他的理念被中國(guó)政府采納，在國(guó)家級(jí)生態(tài)城市化進(jìn)程中得以應(yīng)用。2016年俞孔堅(jiān)當(dāng)選美國(guó)藝術(shù)與科學(xué)院院士，2017年獲頒羅馬大學(xué)榮譽(yù)博士。為表彰他在景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)貢獻(xiàn)，2019年挪威生命科學(xué)大學(xué)授予他榮譽(yù)博士學(xué)位。
