格力珠海東澳島阿麗拉 | 崖境而生 ZNA澤碧克造夢天海之間

2025年4月15日，珠海格力海島投資有限公司與ZNA|澤碧克聯(lián)袂打造的凱悅中國首座海島阿麗拉，落成于珠海東澳島懸崖絕壁、天海之間。ZNA|澤碧克建筑設(shè)計事務(wù)所并未選擇“征服”這片懸崖，而是以謙遜的漸近線布局介入，將104間全海景套房嵌入嶙峋的礁石肌理，讓建筑成為地形的延續(xù)。標(biāo)志性的15米懸挑無邊泳池，以一道凌厲的切口楔入崖壁，在浪涌拍岸時與海平面形成微妙的視覺延續(xù)。當(dāng)四月的晨霧第一次漫過回廊的格柵時，或許能感受到，真正的奢華并非金碧輝煌，而是建筑與土地之間那份默契的呼吸。

.       In April 2025, Hyatt’s first island resort in China which Zhuhai Gree Island Investment Co., Ltd. in collaboration with ZNA to create,

debuted at Alila Zhuhai Dong’ao Island. ZNA Architects rejected “conquering” the cliffs, instead using a humble asymptotic layout to nestle 104 ocean-view suites within weather-beaten granite textures, making architecture a chromatic extension of the terrain. The iconic 15m cantilevered infinity pool, precisely incised into basalt strata, aligns with sea level at high tide. When April’s morning mist drifts through patinated bronze lattices, true luxury reveals itself not in opulence, but in the mineral dialogue between steel and stone.

The furious sea chisels a relentless geographic epic onto cliffs, while architecture solidifies serenity, suspending sublime landscapes into chronological amber-here stands a sacred sanctuary within the storm’s eye, where the prism of surging waves refracts an eternal allegory of human-nature symbiosis.

東澳西半島：從規(guī)劃到營造

Dong'ao West Peninsula: Plan to build

2016年，當(dāng)格力集團啟動珠海東澳島伶仃海岸二期開發(fā)時，ZNA|澤碧克以規(guī)劃者身份介入這場海岸線更新實驗。這片海域需要的不僅是一份可行性研究，更是一個關(guān)于島嶼未來的生態(tài)敘事。團隊以"麗嶼銀灘 · 愛戀之島"為空間框架，將前期籌劃轉(zhuǎn)化為兼顧生態(tài)保護與情感體驗的島嶼生長模型。

兩年后的西半島酒店集群國際競標(biāo)中，ZNA以三組幾何詩篇作答：漸近線詮釋南部懸崖的熾烈獨白，折線呼應(yīng)中部沙灘的熱情張力，曲線勾勒北部海灣的溫柔靜謐。最終從八家全球頂尖事務(wù)所中勝出，以總設(shè)計師之姿統(tǒng)領(lǐng)阿麗拉在內(nèi)的三座酒店的建筑與景觀設(shè)計。這三組建筑群落如同島嶼地貌的三重切片，在西海岸譜寫出一曲與自然對話的浪漫奏鳴。

In 2016, ZNA became master planner for Gree Group’s Lingding Coast Phase II on Dong’ao Island, creating the “Love Isle: Silver Beach & Emerald Waters” framework-a model blending conservation with emotional engagement.

For the 2018 West Peninsula hotel cluster, ZNA designed with geometric forms: asymptotes capturing cliffs’ vigor, zigzags reflecting beaches’ energy, and curves framing bays’ serenity. Chosen over eight global firms, we masterplanned three resorts, including Alila. These trios-echoing the island's geology-now harmonize as a coastal symphony.

陸地盡頭的懸浮情書

A Floating Love Letter at Land's End

南海潮涌之際，兩列砂巖金色的樓影自浪沫間浮現(xiàn)。兩條漸近線劈開崖壁，恰似驚濤中比肩航行的雙生舟影——既抗拒絕對秩序的桎梏，又懸置交融的必然終局，在浪與巖的永恒博弈中，留存東方建筑的詩性基因。

As tides surge in the South China Sea, twin golden sandstone volumes emerge from sea foam. Two asymptotes cleave the cliffs like vessels sailing abreast through tempests–resisting rigid order yet suspending inevitable convergence. Within the eternal duel of wave and rock, they preserve the poetic essence of Eastern architecture.

Romance Emerging from Stone

AlilA酒店是東澳島的大地建筑奇觀，是一座凝煉自然野性力量的精神容器。她坐落于探入海面巨礁半島的崖壁之上，以日月星辰為筆觸，以山石海洋為彩墨，賦予造訪者時空維度的生命頓悟。

創(chuàng)世·獨享，是這座建筑塑造出的撼動心魂的空間敘事，在這塊孤獨島礁山海相觸的神秘界面，雕琢世界盡頭的幻境，俯覽驚濤拍岸的亙古永恒。

ALILA Hotel, a Geological Architecture Marvel on Dong’ao Island, perches on a cliffside of a massive reef peninsula extending into the sea. It harnesses celestial trajectories as brushstrokes and stone minerals as pigments, offering visitors an epiphany of spacetime through its architecture.

Genesis ? Exclusivity

Through compelling spatial narratives, this masterpiece sculpts a phantasmagoria at the world’s edge, where mountain and ocean meet in mystical confrontation. From here, waves versus cliffs perform nature’s eternal choreography.

潮汐汲夕，云影共眠

Tides Sip Twilight | Clouds Drift to Sleep

是時空折疊的魔法師，通過鏡面水實現(xiàn)對光影的操控，將黃昏、晨曦、星空、海浪等不同時空的感官體驗壓縮在同一場景，滿足探奇者對「瞬時永恒」的追求。

Like a spacetime-folding magician, the design manipulates light and shadow through mirrored water, collapsing sensory experiences of dusk, dawn, starlit skies, and ocean waves into a single scene. It fulfills the curious pursuit of ‘eternity within a moment’.

崖壑銜光，辰暮相守

Cliffs cradle light, dawn and dusk entwined

建筑也是孤勇踏浪的拓印者，以巖石基因重寫海島天際線，建筑不再是外來的征服者，而是地質(zhì)演化的參與者，重構(gòu)人與自然的本源關(guān)系。

The architecture stands as a lone voyager etching waves-its rock-born DNA rewrites the island’s skyline. No longer an alien conqueror, it becomes a collaborator in Earth’s geological theater, reweaving humanity’s primal bond with nature.

“反征服”美學(xué)

The Art of Not Taking: Conquering by Letting Go

不以宏大建筑體量對抗自然，而是以謙遜姿態(tài)鑲嵌于崖壁肌理，隱喻頂級度假體驗應(yīng)是對環(huán)境的敬畏而非占有。

建筑對客房體量進行巧妙消解，兩條漸近線構(gòu)成的視覺收斂宛若劈裂的山巖，俯瞰時呈現(xiàn)前沖入海的動態(tài)勢能，暗合礁石與浪潮撞擊的原始張力。外側(cè)全海景套房以9米面寬捕捉波光粼粼的海面韻律，270度半戶外陽臺將天際線熔鑄成無界畫框；內(nèi)側(cè)廊道藤蔓攀附的縫隙間，野性枝葉在火山石地磚投下斑駁光影，仿若巖層裂隙中透出的一線海天，賦予「石縫觀?！沟莫毺厣w驗。

Rejecting monolithic forms that defy nature, the architecture nests humbly within cliff textures-a metaphor for luxury defined by reverence, not domination.

The guestroom volumes are poetically dissolved through dual asymptotic lines-a visual convergence mimicking split mountain rocks. Seen from above, the dynamic momentum plunging seaward echoes the primal tension between reef and surf.

Outward:The 9-meter-wide oceanfront suites capture the sunlit cadence of waves, while 270°semi-open terraces frame the horizon as an infinite canvas.

Inward: Along semi-enclosed corridors, wild vines cast dappled shadows through fissures onto basalt stone tiles, evoking a sliver of sea glimpsed through rock fissures-a dialogue affirming the connection between geology and cosmos.

疊石疊景創(chuàng)造的沉浸式交互：

Immersive Interaction from Layered Stonescapes

天然石材鋪裝的步道延伸至水面，邀請人穿行于建筑與自然之間，觸發(fā)觸覺（巖壁粗糲）、聽覺（浪嘯風(fēng)吟）、視覺（肌理光影）的感官沉浸式體驗。這座建筑連同島嶼一起，展現(xiàn)著原始且純粹、粗獷且深邃、神秘且自由的復(fù)合氣質(zhì)。

Natural stone pathways reach across the water’s edge, bridging built and natural realms through multisensory immersion-tactile granite, crashing waves, textured light. The architecture embodies the island’s dual essence: primal refinement, rugged profundity, enigmatic freedom.

當(dāng)阿麗拉浮出晨霧，與東澳島的九年對話已刻入礁巖。從2016全島規(guī)劃到2025開業(yè)籌備，ZNA以總設(shè)計師身份統(tǒng)領(lǐng)17個專業(yè)顧問團隊，歷經(jīng)三千多個日夜完成從踏勘到竣工的全程控場。3年疫情、5次斷水、11場臺風(fēng)——當(dāng)海底電纜崩斷，暴雨中柴油機的轟鳴維系關(guān)鍵節(jié)點的施工協(xié)調(diào)；當(dāng)市場波動致三次工程停滯，五版方案于變局中迭代。那些被颶風(fēng)解構(gòu)的腳手架圖紙，終蛻變?yōu)閼已掠境氐牧W(xué)詩篇。

當(dāng)阿麗拉向海而立，這片崖岸鐫刻的不只是建筑落成的刻度，更是一部自然辨證的營造啟示錄。潮汐的節(jié)律里，我們學(xué)會聆聽礁石與浪涌的私語——懸浮于浪尖的頂冠曲面，提煉著浪涌的幾何原型；退臺層疊的穹頂，折射的皆是嶺南漁民千年來與海共舞的生存智慧。

此刻，邀您步入這場凝固的風(fēng)暴：觸摸巖層里封存的時光褶皺，測量回廊中溫潤的季風(fēng)濕度。

這艘載滿敬畏與熱愛的方舟，將在未來續(xù)寫人與海的和解詩篇。阿麗拉的啟幕不是終章，而是序曲。在島的西岸，繼萬豪與阿麗拉之后，ZNA執(zhí)筆的另一部大地詩篇正于礁岸間生長，靜候潮水褪去面紗的時刻。

When AlilA Dong'ao emerged from morning mist, ZNA had renegotiated this land for nine years. As master architect since 2016, we commanded 17 teams across 3,000 days – from concept to completion. 3-year lockdowns, 5 water crises, 11 typhoons: When storms killed power, diesel generators ignited critical workflows; When market shifts froze progress, five redesigns unfolded. Shredded scaffold diagrams became the cliff pool's load calculus.

When AlilA gazes seaward, these cliffs bear not merely architectural imprints, but a manifesto of nature’s dialectic. In tidal rhythms, we decode reef-surf whispers-the crown curves suspended above waves distill marine geometry; terraced domes crystallize Lingnan fishermen’s millennia of symbiotic wisdom. 

Step into this petrified storm: trace time’s creases in rock strata, calibrate the gentle humidity of monsoons in colonnades. 

This ark of reverence charts humanity’s reconciliation with oceans. Alila’s debut isn’t finale, but overture. Westward, beyond Marriott and Alila, ZNA’s terrestrial verse now sprouts among reefs-awaiting the tide’s curtain call.
