天津河西中央商務(wù)區(qū)/城市區(qū)域生態(tài)景觀規(guī)劃

　　作為全球貿(mào)易城市、擁有豐富的文化和商業(yè)發(fā)展底蘊(yùn)，歷史上的天津在中國(guó)擁有重要的地位。20世紀(jì)，天津城市從一個(gè)歷史性定居點(diǎn)匯集的城市演變?yōu)橐粋€(gè)工業(yè)能源型城市，它正經(jīng)歷著平穩(wěn)快速的增長(zhǎng)，并蛻變成為具有前瞻性的新世紀(jì)國(guó)際商貿(mào)中心。

　　位于市中心南側(cè)的天津文化中心（TCP I）開(kāi)發(fā)提升了城市的文化給予，創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)世界級(jí)都市區(qū)域開(kāi)發(fā)的催化劑。天津文化中心周邊地區(qū)總體規(guī)劃為老舊城區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)化成為現(xiàn)代化的商務(wù)中心（TCP II），創(chuàng)造世界一流的辦公空間、優(yōu)質(zhì)的居住空間和豐富的公共開(kāi)放空間提供了一個(gè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的框架。

　　天津河西中央商務(wù)區(qū)景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)是以SOM建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所的綜合規(guī)劃方案為基礎(chǔ)，在區(qū)域內(nèi)創(chuàng)建相互交疊的城市自然、文化、社交體系；綠色開(kāi)放空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)、藍(lán)色空間和水系網(wǎng)絡(luò)；綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與交通整合體系；步行為主、具備高度實(shí)用性的活力城市空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)；以及地下公共活動(dòng)空間連接體系等城市愿景。這些網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次在城市中相互疊加，將天津文化中心二期即天津河西中央商務(wù)區(qū)規(guī)劃成為國(guó)際化、可持續(xù)、豐富多彩、充滿活力的城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。

　　Tianjin has historically played an important role in China as a city of global trade, rich with culture and commerce. As Tianjin evolved from a collection of historic settlements into an industrial powerhouse last century, the city is now poised for rapid growth and transformation into a forward-looking, 21st-century international center of commerce.

　　The development of the Tianjin Cultural Park on the south side of the city center has elevated the city’s cultural offerings and created a catalyst for the development of a world class urban district. The Tianjin Cultural Center Surrounding Area Master Plan offers a sustainable framework for the redevelopment of an aging urban area into a modern business center, offering world-class office space, quality living and an abundance of public open space.

　　Landscape Master Plan goal is to overlay complex networks of urban natural, cultural and social system over SOM’s comprehensive master plan. Landscape Master Plan create visions of ‘Green open space network’, ‘Blue Space, Water system network’, ‘Green Infrastructure integrated with transportation system’, ‘Pedestrian oriented highly usable and livable urban space network’ and ‘Inter-connected underground spaces’. By developing these thick layers over existing master plan, TCP phase 2 can successfully achieve creation of world class, sustainable, and very rich and diverse networks of urban spaces.
