美國哈薩羅八號住宅綜合體景觀設(shè)計 | PLACE

哈薩羅八號是波特蘭迄今為止最大的綜合單體項目，也是全球首個獲得LEED v.4綠色社區(qū)白金認證的項目，該認證采用的是美國綠色建筑委員會制定的評級系統(tǒng)。

The largest single mixed-use project in Portland’s history and the world’s first recipient of LEED v.4 for Neighborhood Development Platinum Certification using the rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.

It transformed Portland’s underdeveloped urban commercial zone into a vibrant, eco-friendly, 24-hour neighborhood ? PLACE

項目位于城東部與中心城區(qū)交匯處的波特蘭勞埃德區(qū)。三座新建的住宅樓共有657套公寓和底層零售商，使勞埃德區(qū)重新煥發(fā)生機，成為繁華且步行友好的社區(qū)。項目位于勞埃德中心購物中心、有軌電車和MAX輕軌之間，使其成為一個有機的整體。公共廣場和“水街”促進了步行交通，此外項目還提供了1200多個自行車位和一個自行車停放中心，作為該街區(qū)現(xiàn)有公共交通的有力補充。

Portland’s Hassalo on Eighth is located in the Lloyd District, where the eastside meets the central city. Three new residential buildings featuring a total of 657 apartments and ground floor retailers has revitalized and transformed the Lloyd District into a bustling pedestrian friendly neighborhood. This new development weaves the district together with its position between the Lloyd Center Mall, the streetcar and the MAX Light Rail. A public plaza and ‘water street’ increase pedestrian activity and over 1,200 bicycle parking stalls and a bike hub complements the existing public transit connections nearby.

哈薩羅八號擁有俯瞰市中心的高層視野，在勞埃德區(qū)的城市天際線中占據(jù)重要位置，其高質(zhì)量的設(shè)計和社會經(jīng)濟效益也對社區(qū)產(chǎn)生了積極影響。Place為街景和廣場景觀設(shè)計提供了從方案設(shè)計到施工管理的全流程服務(wù)，包括使用天然有機回收機（NORM）就地處理所有垃圾，并將“灰水”[1]回收再利用于沖洗廁所、灌溉景觀和每棟樓的冷卻塔等。此外，Place還為各街區(qū)和塔樓設(shè)計了生態(tài)屋頂、屋頂花園和水景設(shè)施。

With high-rise views and its proximity to downtown Portland, Hassalo on Eighth is an influential addition to the Lloyd District city skyline and makes a positive impact on the community through quality design and social and economic benefits. PLACE provided comprehensive landscape architectural services from Schematic Design through Construction Administration in the design and documentation of Hassalo on Eighth’s streetscapes and plazas, including the Natural Organic Recycling Machine (NORM) which treats all on-site waste and recycles grey water to be reused for flushing toilets, irrigating landscape and cooling towers in each of the buildings. In addition, PLACE designed the ecoroofs, roof gardens, and water feature for the various blocks and towers.

Protecting the environment through sustainable design and development that conserve natural resources and create healthy places to live, work, and play. Hassalo on Eighth is LEED Platinum certified and was named the 2017 Oregon Commercial Real Estate Award Sustainable Development of the Year as well as receiving the 2019 National ASLA Professional Honor Award for Residential Design.
