CREDAWARD地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)·中國(guó)

由地建師|DJSER.com號(hào)召并發(fā)起，作為首個(gè)中國(guó)地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的國(guó)際性設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)，開(kāi)創(chuàng)以地產(chǎn)的角度評(píng)選設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)的視角甄選代表地產(chǎn)行業(yè)風(fēng)向標(biāo)的優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目，被行業(yè)譽(yù)為“最難獲得的大獎(jiǎng)”之一！

China Real Estate & Design & Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER.com in 2013, and formally founded in 2014 as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. CREDAWARD is dedicated to judge the design works from the perspective of real estate and find out the excellent projects that can be seen as the bellwethers for the real estate industry from the design perspective, and it is high praised by the industry.

Urban renewal projects need to meet either of the following conditions: 1） retaining part of the original building; 2） retaining the urban texture.

This category encourages planning & design, but the projects must have built-up parts, and the participating companies have to provide the reality images.

優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng) Merit Award

入圍項(xiàng)目需出席頒獎(jiǎng)典禮，可獲得優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)杯和證書(shū)（入圍項(xiàng)目可自愿選擇項(xiàng)目演說(shuō)）

The shortlists which attend the award ceremony can get the Merit Award. (You can choose to make the speech on the meeting or not)

金銀獎(jiǎng) Gold and Silver Award

入圍項(xiàng)目如需角逐金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)，必須參與項(xiàng)目5分鐘演講。

The gold and silver awards will be selected from the shortlists which make the live speech.

申報(bào)要求 Requirements for Participation

只要符合獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)申報(bào)類(lèi)別的企業(yè)均可申請(qǐng)參與CREDAWARD地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)·中國(guó)，境外公司均可參加獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)申報(bào)。

參賽主體是設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)單位或其他企業(yè)，參賽則需要得到業(yè)主單位含簽名的參賽同意書(shū)。

Enterprises qualified for award application category can apply to participate in CREDAWARD.

All the domestic and overseas projects enter into the application for awards.

建成項(xiàng)目：建成時(shí)間在2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日；

在建項(xiàng)目：① 如住宅項(xiàng)目須開(kāi)始銷(xiāo)售，外立面/樣板區(qū)實(shí)景照片必須提供；②商業(yè)項(xiàng)目至少一期開(kāi)始經(jīng)營(yíng)。

For the completed projects, the completion time shall be within the range from 2015.1.1-2019.12.31;

For the projects under construction: ① The residential projects must start selling, and the reality images of the facades/model rooms need to be provided; ② At least one phase of the commercial project is in business.
