武漢沿海?翡麗公館Art-Deco居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)

　　由20世紀(jì)20年代法國(guó)興起的Art-Deco裝飾主義，規(guī)則、色彩以及幾何圖形是其精髓所在，而Art-Deco所代表的復(fù)興的城市精神與武漢這座城市相得益彰。
　　在武漢沿海•翡麗公館的設(shè)計(jì)中，SED新西林追溯Art-Deco的源泉，引申出浪漫之都法國(guó)的藝術(shù)靈感，第八區(qū)融匯新裝飾主義繁華昌盛的縮影，在設(shè)計(jì)中借鑒英式園林的自然手法，從傳統(tǒng)園林中提取Art-Deco的設(shè)計(jì)元素，將精致典雅靈動(dòng)的新藝術(shù)之風(fēng)彰顯無(wú)疑。
　　“蝴蝶”的外形設(shè)計(jì)布局，對(duì)稱(chēng)式的軸線空間景觀布局，為居者營(yíng)造空間設(shè)計(jì)的靈動(dòng)與縱深感，同時(shí)塑造出小區(qū)尊貴的品質(zhì)。風(fēng)情化的無(wú)邊界泳池，不僅為居者提供了在夏日“火爐”戲水玩水的機(jī)會(huì)，同時(shí)也在小區(qū)內(nèi)打造度假的情趣體驗(yàn)。曲線化的下沉草坪空間及綠島構(gòu)成了自然化的“草河”概念景觀特色。項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)主題雕塑、景觀橋、無(wú)邊界泳池等構(gòu)成整個(gè)空間的連貫與延續(xù)。

　　Wuhan•Philippe Mansion│Definition of Classical Romantic Life
　　Art-deco was invented in 1920s in France. Regulation, color and geometric figure are the quintessential of it, while Art-deco represents the spirit of Renaissance and it suits Wuhan best.
　　In the design of Philippe Mansion, SED tracked back to the birth of Art-deco and got the idea of French Art. SED used some kind of England Style and abstracted Art-deco from classical landscapes, which shows delicate classical Art-deco.
　　The layout used the style of butterfly, the symmetrical axis space landscape layout has provided the flexible and depth feeling for the residences and showed the noble quality of it. The borderless swimming pool not only provides an opportunity for people to feel cool, but also gives experience of vacationing. The sunk-in grass land and green island forms a grass river and connects all the parts of sculpture, bridge and swimming pool.
