萬(wàn)科長(zhǎng)沙金域緹香位于長(zhǎng)沙市岳麓區(qū)，基地西側(cè)眺望岳麓山、北側(cè)與中南大學(xué)相毗鄰，正可謂書(shū)香之地。SED新西林景觀國(guó)際在對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行前期調(diào)研時(shí)，通過(guò)研究其交通、功能等多方面屬性，最終為該項(xiàng)目賦予“藏書(shū)樓”這一獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)理念。
The project lies in Yuelu District in Changsha City where Mount Yuelu locates to its west and adjacent to a elegant graceful place, The Zhongnan University. After the investigation and survey towards its traffic system and function a special theme of “Collection of Court” has been endowed by SED design group.
古時(shí)，帝王和權(quán)貴通常將書(shū)捐贈(zèng)予書(shū)院。每一本書(shū)都經(jīng)過(guò)獨(dú)特裝幀，蘊(yùn)含著寶貴的知識(shí)。書(shū)被看做是財(cái)富的象征，因此藏書(shū)樓受到特別的重視和保護(hù)。裝放書(shū)本的書(shū)架通常組織起整個(gè)空間，成為建筑內(nèi)部獨(dú)特的體量。因此，在整個(gè)空間內(nèi)，設(shè)計(jì)師利用空間到光線(xiàn)的組織手法，讓整個(gè)區(qū)域凸顯出濃郁的書(shū)香氣息，具有飽滿(mǎn)的空間質(zhì)感。
Emperors and the nobles made book donation to the college in ancient times. Each of the books was paid attention and well bind and protected by the Collection of Court for its unique treasure knowledge as the symbol of wealth. Inspired by the sort of images, the designers organize the spatial arrangement to create a subtle light atmosphere, getting the whole area full of elegance flavor with intellectuality.
秉著“大氣時(shí)尚、干凈純粹”的設(shè)計(jì)宗旨，設(shè)計(jì)師們從“空間-光線(xiàn)-質(zhì)感”三方面出發(fā)，發(fā)散思維的同時(shí)緊扣表現(xiàn)“高尚居住文化”主題，對(duì)整體色彩、造型進(jìn)行組合變化。整個(gè)展示區(qū)的主墻面為大方簡(jiǎn)潔的淺灰色清水混凝土材質(zhì)，借用“書(shū)閣”的木構(gòu)架造型及暖色調(diào)重點(diǎn)照明進(jìn)行立面構(gòu)成，令整個(gè)空間感到質(zhì)樸卻不失設(shè)計(jì)感。
Following the spirit of “high-class, fashionable, brief and pure”, the designers started from aspects of space, light and texture to transform the whole color and figure’s rhythm with the theme of “high-end residential culture”. The main wall surface made of simple light grey concrete with the wood structure of “book cabinet” and the warm light to form the vertical visual impact creating simple design feeling.
設(shè)計(jì)的目的是要通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)潔純粹的墻體、地面鋪裝以及狹長(zhǎng)的主入口來(lái)提升場(chǎng)地的隱蔽性，突出了設(shè)計(jì)理念中的“藏”字。在繁忙的都市中為世人打造一個(gè)隱于塵囂，可以靜下心來(lái)閱讀思考的隱蔽空間。干凈的淺灰色清水混凝土墻面和灰白色的PC材質(zhì)的地面鋪裝，給予人們絲絲涼意。這對(duì)于被稱(chēng)為“四大火爐”之一的長(zhǎng)沙來(lái)說(shuō)，無(wú)疑是一個(gè)貼心的設(shè)計(jì)思考。
The design goal is amplify the concealment through brief and pure wall, ground pavement and the long and narrow entrance to make people impressive of the “hiding”---- a tranquil space for people to think and read here after the hurry daily life. The clean light grey concrete walls and the white PC pavement seem to bring some breeze into heart in hot Changsha.
項(xiàng)目的主入口，設(shè)計(jì)師們也運(yùn)用了別具匠心的設(shè)計(jì)。道路狹而長(zhǎng)，是刻意讓視野不要太過(guò)開(kāi)闊，慢慢行走，通幽曲徑，可以欣賞到沿路不同的景致。當(dāng)你走過(guò)狹長(zhǎng)的入口廊道，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)豁然開(kāi)朗，因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)你看到的是一個(gè)書(shū)架造型的門(mén)頭，它出現(xiàn)在這里不僅起到了空間緩沖的作用，同時(shí)減少迎面高層所帶來(lái)的壓迫感。
The entrance has been paid on much attention and thought in the form of narrow and long thereby intently avoid a spacious sight and drag visitors’ eyes towards variety of scenery aside. The shelf-shaped door at the end of the corridor creates an amazing impact while not only buffer the pace of landscape but also release the depression brought by the high rise buildings.
設(shè)計(jì)初期，為了讓建筑、室內(nèi)、景觀三者可以最大程度上的統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，三方的設(shè)計(jì)師們通過(guò)多次的會(huì)議討論交流，共同討論最終設(shè)計(jì)方案及細(xì)節(jié)。所以，書(shū)架及書(shū)卷的元素的運(yùn)用由景觀過(guò)渡到室內(nèi)，由外至內(nèi)書(shū)閣元素逐漸遞增。移步室內(nèi)，呈現(xiàn)在眼前的儼然是一個(gè)現(xiàn)代古典的書(shū)院設(shè)計(jì)。
The architects, landscape designers and the interior designers communicate many times exchanging the minds of the details and final result at the first stage of the project to have these three aspects unified as possible. As it comes out, the elements like book shelf and scroll are used from outdoor into the interior part increasing its appearance. Walking through the door inside a classic academy design with modern art comes into the sight.
同時(shí)，項(xiàng)目基地外圍的市政綠化帶也是該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的一部分。設(shè)計(jì)師摒棄傳統(tǒng)的綠化帶的設(shè)計(jì)思想。意把“藏”字推到一個(gè)更加深刻的層面上。綠化帶的樹(shù)高大而密集，把項(xiàng)目外圍包了個(gè)嚴(yán)嚴(yán)實(shí)實(shí)，但是慢慢走到主入口卻又給你帶來(lái)一種“山窮水復(fù)疑無(wú)路，柳暗花明又一村”的奇妙感受。
The civil green belt surrounding the project is also a part of the design. The traditional greening design concept has been taken its place by the thought of “hiding” with the planting of the intense tall trees, wrapping the project firmly. However it gets people surprised when it turns out to be another garden shows in the front when they move step by step to the main entrance.
