從“千園之城”到“公園城市”，社區(qū)公園滋養(yǎng)著居民的日常生活。南山中心，書(shū)城北側(cè)，在綠蔭掩映之下，孩子們悠游嬉戲，成年人健益身心，老年人載歌載舞，這里是文心公園，從早到晚人氣滿溢，處處彰顯著生活之美。

文心公園位于南海大道與濱海大道的交匯處，緊鄰南山書(shū)城，文化氣息濃厚，商業(yè)配套齊全，居民社區(qū)密布，是南山中心區(qū)居民的日常休閑目的地。

Shenzhen is developing from a city of a thousand gardens to a city of various community parks, which have been nourishing the daily life of urban residents. Wenxin Park, located in the center of Nanshan district and near the north of Nanshan Book City, fully demonstrates what a beautiful life is in nature. Surrounded by the amenity of greenery, children play happily, adults work out to keep fit, while the elderly sings and dances under the trees. The park is very popular to all ages from dawn to dusk.

Located at the intersection of Nanhai Avenue and Binhai Avenue, Wenxin Park is adjacent to Nanshan Book City. It has a strong cultural atmosphere, complete commercial facilities, and dense residential communities, which makes it a daily leisure destination for residents in the central area of Nanshan District.

文心公園始建于2004年，與城市相伴發(fā)展近二十年，樹(shù)木已蔚然成林，使用者數(shù)量持續(xù)增加，使用需求日益多元化。然而，林下恣意生長(zhǎng)的灌木不斷搶占居民的活動(dòng)空間，運(yùn)動(dòng)、休閑、社交、育兒人群時(shí)常因空間不足而發(fā)生沖突。為滿足人民日益增長(zhǎng)的美好生活愿景，需要賦予公園以新的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵，隨著深圳公園城市建設(shè)行動(dòng)的持續(xù)推進(jìn)，深圳市南山區(qū)城市管理和綜合執(zhí)法局精心開(kāi)展了本次提升改造工作。

Originally built in 2004, Wenxin park has been developing with the city for almost two decades. The little trees have already grown into a forest, the number of users has been rising, and the demands for park functions have become increasingly diversified. However, the wild shrubs under the trees occupied the activity spaces, so there were always conflicts among people for sports, leisure, social and childcare due to lack of space. With the advancement of the construction of Shenzhen Park City, and to meet people’s growing visions for a better life and give the park a new connotation of the times, Shenzhen Nanshan District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau carried out the upgrade and renovation work.

公園融入街區(qū)，與城市共發(fā)展

Parks are integrated into the neighborhood and develope with the city

城市核心區(qū)的社區(qū)公園往往與周邊街區(qū)的關(guān)系更緊密。公園不僅僅作為綠色邊界，而是在區(qū)域視角下融入城市與街區(qū)發(fā)展的生活載體。道路綠地與公園綠地充分整合，擴(kuò)展了公園的可用范圍，這是文心公園融入城市的第一步。

通過(guò)多方協(xié)調(diào)，文心公園西側(cè)地鐵上蓋臨時(shí)占用地正式納入公園范圍，為公園拓展使用功能提供空間上的可能性。設(shè)計(jì)在梳理周邊人流方向、明確使用特征的基礎(chǔ)上，研究可達(dá)性與通行速度之間的關(guān)系，整合濱海大道輔道、濱海大道過(guò)街天橋、南海大道等道路空間，形成外部的街區(qū)環(huán)線，與公園進(jìn)行一體化設(shè)計(jì)，統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)工程時(shí)序，減少對(duì)周邊城市生活的影響。

Community parks in the urban core tend to be more closely related to surrounding neighborhoods. The park is not only a green boundary, but a life carrier for integration into the development of the city and neighborhoods from a regional perspective. The road green space is fully integrated with the park green space, expanding the park's usable area, which is the first step for Wenxin Park to integrate into the city.

After multiple coordination, the land temporarily occupied by the metro superstructure on the west side was formally incorporated into the park, providing space for possible functional expansion. By analyzing traffic flow and user characteristics, the Binhai Avenue auxiliary road, overpass, and Nanhai Avenue are integrated to form an external loop, which is designed with the park. The designing team also optimized the project construction sequence to reduce the impact on the surrounding life.

公園之美始于街道界面，人行道部分通過(guò)均衡適宜的尺度、純凈的材質(zhì)和統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言來(lái)表達(dá)，公園邊界得以柔化，以8個(gè)出入口邀請(qǐng)城市居民積極參與公園生活，樂(lè)享公園品質(zhì)。

The beauty of the park unfolds from the street interface. The pedestrian paths are integrated into park boundaries with balanced and appropriate scales, pure materials, and unified design language. Eight entrances invite urban residents to actively participate in the park life and enjoy the park’s high quality.

陽(yáng)光草坪，留得三分空間，凝聚七分畫意

The sunny lawn could be a beautiful picture without too much design

俯瞰公園，叢林環(huán)抱著中心草坪，如自然之手，掬一捧自由的樂(lè)園獻(xiàn)給城市。改造方案仍將開(kāi)敞草坪作為公園的中心，在不減少使用面積的前提下，進(jìn)行完形設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)與周邊的林木交融，通過(guò)海綿化提升了草坪的性能。全年齡段的使用者都可以在這里找到自己喜歡的使用方式，互相兼容，又保持著各類人群的“生態(tài)位”。

Overlooking the park, the woods surround the central lawn, like the hand of nature offering a free paradise to the city. The renovation plan still places the lawn at the heart of the park, and completes the design without reducing its usable area. At the same time, the lawn blends with the trees, and its infiltration function of the lawn is improved. Users of all ages could find their favorite usages here, which are compatible with each other and allow to maintain the "niche" of various groups of people.

樹(shù)木是場(chǎng)地最寶貴的存在、美好生活隨之展開(kāi)

文心公園內(nèi)保留著約500株原有樹(shù)木，它們冠幅相錯(cuò)，亭亭交織，宛若華蓋，在深圳漫長(zhǎng)的夏日里為游人提供自然的蔭蔽。

設(shè)計(jì)尊重了公園內(nèi)的每一棵樹(shù)，讓樹(shù)木成為它們自己，演繹生命的自由與曼妙，并以樹(shù)為中心，構(gòu)成連續(xù)的沉浸式畫幅。按照不同的生活場(chǎng)景，對(duì)林下、林緣、林間進(jìn)行再創(chuàng)造，以更開(kāi)放的綠色空間激發(fā)更多使用者的參與感。

There are about 500 original trees preserved in the park, its canopy provides natural shelter during the long summer days in Shenzhen.

The design values every tree in the park, allowing them to grow freely and demonstrating their beauty, so as to form a continuous image for immersive experience. According to different life scenarios, the under-forest, forest edge, and space between trees create more open green space , which stimulates the participation of more users.

草坪周邊樹(shù)木成林，高大的林冠向四周伸展，激活林緣邊界，于林緣線下方，清理地被灌木，增設(shè)條石座椅和流線型休閑座椅組合，以林緣為框，繪出草坪美景。

The perimeter of the lawn is wooded, with a tall canopy stretching in all directions, activating the forest edge. Below the forest edge, the ground shrubs are cleared and a combination of stone seating and streamlined lounge seating is added. The forest edge resembles a frame to create a beautiful view of the lawn.

林間慢跑散步

Jogging and meandering in the woods

于綠林與草坪之間隨地就勢(shì)設(shè)計(jì)慢跑及散步路線，將其巧妙融入自然，同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)3米寬環(huán)線跑道長(zhǎng)度的最大化，并以1.8米寬的步道連通各組團(tuán)活動(dòng)空間，通過(guò)兩級(jí)路徑，有效解決公園內(nèi)部路權(quán)沖突。

Between the green woods and the lawns, the jogging and walking routes are designed anywhere, subtly integrated into nature. At the same time, it maximizes the length of the 3m wide loop track, and the 1.8m wide trail connects the activity spaces of each group. The two-level path effectively solves right-of-way conflicts inside the park

利用原有地被灌木空間，于起伏地形之間，為孩童們創(chuàng)造林下的“無(wú)動(dòng)力樂(lè)園”。以陣列式植物組團(tuán)修飾邊界，用灰黃橙色塑膠地墊鋪設(shè)出安全的活動(dòng)空間，外觀纖細(xì)、質(zhì)量可靠的白色鋼架以S型穿梭于林間。此處設(shè)計(jì)盡顯對(duì)孩子的用心，色彩搭配合宜有度，形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)新穎大方，安全作為設(shè)計(jì)底線，貫穿全部細(xì)節(jié)。

Using the original shrub space, and among the undulating terrain,  a powerless playground under the woods is created for children. The boundary is decorated with arrays of plants, and the grey-yellow-orange plastic mats provide a safe activity space, and the slender white steel frame weaves through the forest in an S-shape. The designs shows a great care for children with its appropriate color scheme and an innovative design, and safety is the bottom line throughout all the details.

在這里，多位秋千、彈跳蹦床、旋轉(zhuǎn)木馬、多功能運(yùn)動(dòng)爬架等器械令孩子們樂(lè)不思蜀，于動(dòng)靜之中自在啟蒙，增強(qiáng)身體機(jī)能，持續(xù)探索能力邊界。在這里，家長(zhǎng)既是舒適的守護(hù)者，也可以是積極的參與者。它溫和地歡迎著成年人，邀請(qǐng)他們與孩子共同創(chuàng)造今后的美好回憶。

The multi-place swings, bouncy trampoline, merry-go-round, and multi-functional sports climbing frame keep children entertained. In the midst of movement and stillness, they could be enlightened and improve their physical functions, and continue to explore the boundaries of their abilities. Parents are both comfortable guardians and active participants. The place gently invites them to spend quality time with their children and make sweet memories.

林蔭下是林間最為生動(dòng)的環(huán)境。在這里，陽(yáng)光是細(xì)碎的，閃動(dòng)的，人也跟著活潑起來(lái)。林蔭下最適宜健身，這里鋪設(shè)了配色高級(jí)、質(zhì)地柔軟的地墊，配備了齊全的器械，增強(qiáng)行人駐留的吸引力。運(yùn)動(dòng)是具備魔力的，它以“人傳人”的樂(lè)趣蔓延，幫助場(chǎng)地成為文心公園的活力焦點(diǎn)。

The shade is the most vivid environment in the forest. The sun shines through the forest, falling broken and flickering, where people also become more energetic. It is most suitable for fitness under the shade of trees. There are soft mats with pleasant colors. And diverse facilities are equipped to attract more passers-by. Exercise is magical, and its fun is far spreading, which helps the venue become the focal point of the vitality of the park.

廊架前廣場(chǎng)與活動(dòng)平臺(tái)融為一體，圍合成公園客廳、后花園和天井院落。坐在廊下觀樹(shù)觀水，賞花賞葉，棋牌、攀談、閱讀、太極等活動(dòng)各得其所，老人、成年人、孩子安全共處，成為公園的社交中心。

The plaza in front of the veranda is integrated with the activity platform to form a park living room, a back garden, and a patio courtyard, which has become the social center of the park. Sitting under the veranda, watching trees, flowers and water, playing chess or cards, or simply chatting, reading and doing Tai Chi, the elderly, the adult, and the children, all can enjoy themselves harmoniously.

這里林冠蔓延，結(jié)成自然穹頂，成為公園上蓋。設(shè)計(jì)借助微坡地勢(shì)，以自然石材拼貼成疊級(jí)坐凳，濃密的地被植物搖身一變成為林下平臺(tái)，點(diǎn)綴以線性燈飾，將原先利用率低下的灰空間改造成為多功能小劇場(chǎng)，吸引老年樂(lè)團(tuán)、社區(qū)電影、公園宣傳、兒童舞臺(tái)劇集結(jié)，極大的強(qiáng)化了公園的活動(dòng)體驗(yàn)。

Tall trees lushly form a natural dome. Turning the slightly sloping terrain into a natural stone collage of stacking benches, reshaping the dense ground cover into an undergrowth terrace, and adding linear lighting as decoration, all these measures transformed the formerly unusable space into a multifunctional mini-theatre. Different activities such as senior citizens' orchestra, community films, park promotions, and a children's stage play take place here, which have greatly enhanced the park's activity experience.

設(shè)計(jì)將原本困在角落里的水塘改造為彈性旱溪景觀，融合地形與林下景觀，以礫石鋪底自然凈化水體，以耐水濕植物形成生態(tài)護(hù)岸，豐富景觀效果并實(shí)現(xiàn)海綿功能，全年可蓄滯消納徑流量約1475立方米。

白天，這里天光云影，夜晚，蟲(chóng)鳴蛙叫，水波、燈光與植物的氣息，治愈城市勞作者的疲憊，人人仿佛歸田園居。孩子們?cè)诖颂庢宜畵启~(yú)、涉水摸蝦，體會(huì)到父輩成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中無(wú)憂的童年環(huán)境。

The original corner pond is transformed into a resilient dry stream landscape, where the topography is integrated with the forest landscape, the gravels help to precipitate and filter the water, and the water-resistant wet plants form ecological berms, enriching the landscape effects and realizing the sponge function.

In the daytime, the sky is changing with lights and clouds, and at night, insects and frogs chirp in the stream. The fragrance, lights, and plants ease the fatigue of high-pressure workers. It is also a popular place for children to play in the water, catching fish and shrimps, which allows them to enjoy a worry-free childhood similar to that of their parents.

公園天然具備安靜閱讀、思考、寫作的環(huán)境條件，方案利用地鐵上蓋綠地設(shè)置休閑書(shū)吧，將閱讀功能引入公園，從文化建筑拓展到文化景觀。書(shū)吧內(nèi)通過(guò)提供輕食、咖啡等服務(wù)，為改善傳統(tǒng)公園配套服務(wù)單一的困境提供了有效的解決思路。

A park is naturally a good place for reading, thinking and writing. The plan use the green space above the metro to build a leisure book bar, which expands from cultural building to cultural landscape. The book bar provides light food and coffee, offering an effective solution to diversity the services that the traditional park lacks.

小院、密樹(shù)、廊架、溪流與景墻在此處共入一畫，于吧內(nèi)讀書(shū)，近可觀潺潺流水與繁花樹(shù)影，遠(yuǎn)可眺林外人群，宛如身處一部溫柔默片。

A small courtyard with an exquisite water view, where trees, verandahs, streams and landscape walls come together form a scenery, where one can sit in the bar and read a book, watch the flowing water and flowers, and look out through the woods, like watching a silent movie.

文心公園景觀升級(jí)改造后，成功驅(qū)動(dòng)了城市居民生活方式的變化。每天清晨5點(diǎn)半，晨練的老人們拉開(kāi)公園生活的序幕，隨后，跑步者、踽踽小兒、棋牌?？汀V場(chǎng)舞團(tuán)隊(duì)、踢毽組織、球類愛(ài)好者、習(xí)琴人群、閱讀青年、活力兒童……不同人群默契的匹配到適宜自身的時(shí)間段和空間位，各類活動(dòng)有序銜接，直至夜深。

The successful landscape upgrade of Wenxin Park has driven a change in the lifestyle of the residents. Every morning at 5.30 am, the old people who exercise in the morning kick off the park life, and then runners, parents with children, chess seniors, dance teams, shuttlecock organizations, ball enthusiasts, musical instruments practicers, young readers, playing children, students after school ...... Different groups of people find the most suitable time and space for each other in the park, and various activities are connected in an orderly manner until late at night.

洞察：從觀察到洞察，尊重原有使用習(xí)慣，基于問(wèn)題的設(shè)計(jì)

平衡：平衡公眾利益主體訴求，解決痛點(diǎn)

創(chuàng)造：創(chuàng)造新的生活場(chǎng)景，是項(xiàng)目由始至終追求的目標(biāo)

Conservation: In the context of the "Tree Protection Measures" , renovation needs to be more prudent, and trees are no longer fodder for greenery. We should realize that this is an opportunity to allow us to rethink the relationship between trees and life scenarios.

Insight: From observation to insight, respecting for original usage habits, problem-based design

Balance: Balancing the demands of public interests and solving pain points

Creation: The creation of new life scenarios is the goal of the project.

Iteration: Promoting standards based on real-life practice

The trees form a canopy, continuing the green memory of the park, and the leisure life in the park is integrated into the daily life of the surrounding residents.

The park is a place to silence the mind, and enjoy park life under the canopy of nature. It is the fulfillment of the design mission, the inheritance of the modern park spirit, and the embodiment of the original heart of people.
