立陶宛V廣場(chǎng)城市更新項(xiàng)目 | 3Deluxe

3Deluxe事務(wù)所將考納斯歷史建筑群旁邊的一個(gè)閑置空間改造為新的公共設(shè)施。在這里，人們可以休閑地在陽(yáng)光下喝杯咖啡，或進(jìn)行戶外活動(dòng)，孩子們也可以在這里戲水、滑冰……新的廣場(chǎng)為城市注入了新的活力，同時(shí)滿足了年輕一代人的交流需求。

建筑和立面 | The buildings and fa?ades

建筑團(tuán)隊(duì)試圖創(chuàng)建一場(chǎng)令人興奮的“合奏”，通過(guò)不同類型的建筑來(lái)詮釋城市經(jīng)歷過(guò)的不同時(shí)期。廣場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)角處的建筑致敬了立陶宛的裝飾藝術(shù)風(fēng)潮。圓潤(rùn)而有機(jī)的玻璃幕墻搭配著具有延伸感的外墻，以優(yōu)雅、簡(jiǎn)潔而流暢的造型在廣場(chǎng)上展示出迷人的特質(zhì)。

^{Here, 3deluxe is creating an exciting ensemble featuring various architectural interpretations of the different eras that define the city. Hence, for example, the new corner building is an homage to Lithuania’s Art Deco heritage. With its rounded and organically shaped glass fronts and the elongated fa?ade, the corner building is quite captivating thanks to its elegant simplicity and flowing forms.}

位于中央的新體量反映了城市的包豪斯傳統(tǒng)，同時(shí)與當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)形成清晰的關(guān)聯(lián)——這也是對(duì)1960年代初期盛行的國(guó)際風(fēng)格的一種回應(yīng)。重新設(shè)計(jì)的外立面擁有明顯的立體設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言以及清晰的線條，體現(xiàn)了世紀(jì)中期現(xiàn)代主義對(duì)波羅的海地區(qū)產(chǎn)生的美學(xué)影響。

^{The central new-build block reflects the city’s Bauhaus tradition and forges a clear link to the now modernized dual ensemble that so epitomizes the International Style of the early 1960s. The redesign of the fa?ade picks up on the aesthetic simplicity to be found in this Baltic testimony to mid-century Modern, with a pronounced Cubist design vocabulary and clear lines.}

廣場(chǎng) | The square

為了改造這一歷史悠久的廣場(chǎng)，3deluxe提出設(shè)置2個(gè)不同的層級(jí)，將整個(gè)場(chǎng)地的表面變成一個(gè)由明確線條構(gòu)成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。第一個(gè)層級(jí)是線性的，它構(gòu)成了具有歷史特征的背景，其設(shè)計(jì)主要依附于既有的視覺(jué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)軸線。另一個(gè)層級(jí)是有機(jī)且流動(dòng)的，呼應(yīng)了人群自然的移動(dòng)方式。這樣的結(jié)構(gòu)不僅塑造了路徑，還自然地生成了一系列功能各異的島嶼：日光浴草坪、滑冰公園、秩序井然的組合式噴泉以及用于舉辦活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)代化場(chǎng)地。

_{A historical square is transformed: 3deluxe initially developed two design levels that structure the entire surface as a grid made up of visible lines on the ground. One is linear and forms the historical context, in which the existing axes of vision and movement are taken into account. The other level is designed to be organic and fluid, reflecting the natural flows of movement of passers-by. This structuring gives rise not only to pathways but also to natural islands, which are enlivened in different ways: a green lawn for sunbathing, a skate park, a programmed fountain complex, or a modern event venue.}

另外一個(gè)新增的部分位于轉(zhuǎn)角建筑對(duì)面，是一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的露天劇場(chǎng)，在有需要時(shí)，其正前方可以配備巨大的LED屏幕供路人觀看。

此外，廣場(chǎng)上還加入了多種可移動(dòng)的元素，包括可以由公眾自行種植的園景亭子、餐車、移動(dòng)座椅和臨時(shí)舞臺(tái)等。新的廣場(chǎng)將城市中的人們聚集在一起，為他們創(chuàng)造了新的活動(dòng)機(jī)會(huì)和更有質(zhì)量的生活。

_{On this basis, additional mobile elements will be used to bring further life to the square: a pavilion that can be planted in various ways as an urban gardening project, changing installations such as kiosks, food trucks, and mobile seating, and a temporary event stage. All in all, it’s a square to bring people together, to create new opportunities, and to improve the quality of life for people in Kaunas.}
