PAYMENT TERMS

付款條約

No space assignments will be made unless deposit payment is received with the Application to Contract for Exhibit Space.

ASLA在收到定金和展位申請之前不分配展位。

Fifty percent (50%) deposit must be submitted with the application before January 15, 2010. Submission of this application indicates agreement to pay 100 percent of the exhibit fee. The balance will be invoiced after January 15, 2010. Payment in full must be submitted with the application after January 15, 2010.

在2010年1月15號之前提交申請需支付百分之五十（50%）的定金。遞交該申請意味著申請人同意支付百分之百的展覽費用。余款將在2010年1月15 日后開具發(fā)票。在2010年1月15日之后提交申請須同時支付全部費用。

CANCELLATIONS

展位的取消：

All booth cancellations must be received in writing. A non-refundable fee equal to 25% of the total booth cost will be forfeited for cancellation of space received in writing by January 15, 2010.  After January 15, 2010, no refunds will be issued.

所有展位撤銷申請須出具書面申請。2010年1月15日之前提交書面取消展位申請將扣除百分25%的展位費用。2010年1月15日后不退還任何費用。

I have read and agree to the terms, conditons, and the rules governing exposition as contained on both pages of this application to contract.

We hereby apply for exhibit space for our use at the ASLA EXPO. If our choices of space have been assigned, we request ASLA to assign best available space.

We understand that this application becomes a contract when signed by our representative and accepted by ASLA.  Payments for 2010 exhibit space may not be applied to subsequent EXPOs.

We understand that invoices are payable within 30 days from invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 1 percent late fee per month beginning on the 31st day after the billing date, (12 percent per annum compounded monthly). If timely payments are not made, we agree to pay all collection agency fees and any other costs incurred in collecting the debt.

我們了解發(fā)票在開具之后30日內(nèi)方可支付。賬單日31日后每月將須繳納1% 的滯納金（合計每年12% ）。如果未能及時繳費將須支付所有欠款代收公司的費用及在收賬過程中產(chǎn)生的一切費用。

ASLA reserves the right to cancel exhibit space if payment is past 60 days of the invoice date.

ASLA保留在超過發(fā)票開具日60天后取消展位的權(quán)利。

We agree to comply with the exhibit regulations, instructions, and conditions as published in this application and in the official Exhibitor manual which will be forwarded at a later date, and with all conditions under which facilities at Walter E. Washington Convention Center, have been rented to ASLA.
